Get help installing, configuring, or operating ProofLock.

Before contacting support

  1. Confirm that the App is installed on the affected repository.
  2. Open the ProofLock Check details and copy its title and summary.
  3. Validate .github/prooflock.yml against the policy schema.
  4. Check the service status.

Email info@haya.company. Include the repository, pull request URL, approximate time, and the ProofLock Check message. Do not send private keys, installation tokens, webhook secrets, or other credentials.

ProofLock is currently a free service without a guaranteed response time or service-level agreement.

Security reports

For suspected vulnerabilities, use the same email address and clearly mark the message as a security report. We ask that you avoid public disclosure until the issue can be investigated.
